Developed the first two-family condominium units in a multi-family setting in New York State called Scarsdale Views.  These unique units are located at 319 - 331 West Post Road in White Plains.  The use of “modular” construction in multi-family dwellings began in the 1990’s and has become a model used by many

developers today.


With the development of its 260 unit “Clayton Park” rental project, in 2003, Cantatore Industries, and their partners, laid the groundwork and was the catalyst for the renaissance of White Plains where over 1 Billion dollars of investment has been infused into the White Plains and Westchester County economy.

Our President

Frank Cantatore is a dedicated professional, who has benefited from the experience of working in the field, owning, and managing projects from the single family home to the high rise development, to the resort. Resourceful and responsive to change, Cantatore uses a “systems” approach to managing projects while collaborating with the trades and professionals to get the job done on time and on budget.
